Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin are teaming for Netflix comedy Grace and Frankie, as long-time enemies whose husbands announce they’re in love with each other and plan to marry. The show, from Skydance Productions and created for the Nine to Five co-stars by Marta Kauffman (Friends) and Howard J. Morris (Sullivan & Son), “is warm, very funny and anything but wholesome,” promised Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos.

The Walking Dead is headed for broadcast syndication. AMC, Twentieth Television and the FOX Television Stations announced the addition of the monster cable hit to the MyNetworkTV programming lineup. Two episodes from previously aired seasons will air on a designated weeknight starting this fall. “It’s not often you get to add the hottest show on the planet to your lineup,” said Frank Cicha, SVP of programming for Fox Television Stations. “We just did, and it’s a tremendous get for our stations.” Shows will be edited to adhere to FCC standards.
