To accommodate President Obama’s annual address to the nation, ABC is moving the season premiere of Body of Proof to February 19 at 10p.  Previously the series was set to bow on February 5.  Body of Proof is produced by Gross Entertainment and ABC Studios.

Family entertainment and inspirational network GMC TV will exclusively premiere its new original GMC World Premiere Series For Richer or Poorer on January 26 at 9p.  The six-episode limited series centers on a couple overcoming challenges followed by a financial setback and is based on the first play in GMC TV’s wedding vow-themed productions that aired in 2012.  The series stars Rockmond Dunbar, R&B singer LeToya Luckett, Angell Conwell, Jackee Harry and gospel music star Anthony Evans.  For Richer or Poorer is produced by Swirl Films’ Eric Tomosunas.

Oxygen Media’s upcoming new supermodel competition series The Face produced by Shine America announced a sponsorship deal with Marshalls and further partnership integrations with Cosabella, Guido Maria Kretschmer, Kleinfeld Bridal,, Vogue Eyewear and W Magazine.  This news follows the Oxygen and Shine America multi-faceted partnership with ULTA Beauty.  The Face premieres on Oxygen February 12 at 9p.

A second season of The Client List is back on Lifetime beginning March 10 at 10p with 15 total episodes, up from last season’s ten episode order.  Starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, the series will also have its first season air on Lifetime in mini marathons March 3 and on the 10th prior to the second season debut.   The Client List is produced by Fedora Films and Jaffe/Braunstein in association with Sony Pictures Television.

After airing two season, Syfy has canceled the one-hour drama Alphas created by Zak Penn and Michael Karnow.  Alphas concluded its second season last October with just a little more than 1.0 million viewers tuning in to the finale.

Lifetime has decided to not move forward with its drama pilot The Secret Lives of Wives starring Kim Raver.  Lifetime ordered the pilot last July a month after NBC ordered a similarly named pilot, The Secret Lives of Husbands and Wives from Jerry Bruckheimer which is still on the network’s docket.

Former Breaking Bad actress Betsy Brandt is joining NBC’s upcoming untitled sitcom headlined by Michael J. Fox.  Brandt will play Fox’s wife.  Brandt’s run on AMC’s Breaking Bad will conclude this summer when the series will air its final eight episodes.
