   There’s reports that she/attorney is also communicating with CNN regarding a potential lawsuit against Nancy Grace of CNN for Nancy’s “trash-talk” against Lindsay. But rumor is that CNN will just settle the case before the filing-date to avoid the bad press from that since Nancy Grace was recently forced to pay over two hundred thousand dollars to a family of a victim Nancy Grace badgered to death before.
