Ryan Seacrest will be the permanent co-host of ABC‘s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve which will now be called Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Dick Clark will continue to co-host and both will executive produce the holiday special with Dick Clark productions president Orly Adelson.
