Alicia Silverstone is attached to star in and executive produce a TV series follow-up to the 1995 hit film “Clueless,” in development at Peacock. Silverstone will star in and executive produced the project, written and executive produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage (“Gossip Girl”) of Fake Empire and Jordan Weiss (“Dollface”), with the movie’s writer-director Amy Heckerling and producer Robert Lawrence also executive producing. NBC has ordered “On Brand with Jimmy Fallon,” an unscripted series hosted, executive produced and created by the late-night talk show star that chronicles what happens when he opens a premier marketing agency filled with competitive talent.
