JANET JACKSON CONCERT ON SAT. NOVEMBER 1ST
I had such an amazing time at her concert at MSG on Saturday night. LL Cool J dropped out of the tour so she had DJ Kast One (from Hot 97) DJ hype up the crowd. Janet came out at 8:45pm and the concert didn’t end until 11pm. She did so many songs from “Say You Do” and “Young Love” (from her 1st album “Janet Jackson”), “You Don’t Stand Another Chance” (from her 2nd album “Dream Street”) to every song since the “Control” album where the rest of the world started to realize what an amazing performer she is and not just Michael’s little sister. I even saw Sherri Shephard from “The View” in the first row dancing and singing away.
So the best and most hilarious part was when Janet picked a guy out of the audience to “torture” him to her song “Discipline”. For all you die hard fans you know she has done this before at previous concerts to men with a sexy song, but it was just in a chair. Well she has updated that and so she put this guy in a swing contraption. Needless to say the guy was “happy” beyond belief. The NYC audience was going wild, so a dear friend of mine got in on tape and put it on You Tube. You may hear me and my friend laughing hysterically. (Thanks Anonymous!!). Watch for yourself!!!

According to NBC News President Steve Capus, Brokaw is only filling in temporarily but this interim period gives NBC more time to find a permanent replacement.
