Things are looking Grimm at TNT. But in a good way: the NBC fantasy drama launches an off-network run on the cable net in early 2015. “Grimm will be a great addition to TNT’s lineup as the network continues to expand its reach with high-quality genre programming,” said Deborah K. Bradley, Turner SVP and head of program acquisitions, content strategy and licensing. Upcoming season four, debuting on NBC Friday, October 24 at 9p, will be added to TNT’s collection next fall.

Family friendly UP TV yanked 7th Heaven from its schedule on Tuesday after audio was posted on TMZ which has 7th star Stephen Collins allegedly confessing to exposing himself to three underage girls. “We are deeply concerned for the families that are potentially affected by these disturbing allegations,” said net president and CEO Charley Humbard. Collins was fired from the movie Ted 2 Tuesday and resigned from the SAG-AFTRA board; the NYPD is investigating.

BET announced time’s up for The Game – but not until it tacked on another season. “All good things must come to an end,” said the net, adding that production is underway for seasons eight and nine. “We’re excited to end on a high note by giving Sabers fans a chance to bid farewell to their favorite players on and off the field.” BET picked up the series in 2009, after it was canceled by the CW.

FX gave a straight-to-series, 10-ep order for anthology series American Crime Story from Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story). Each season will focus on a different sensational true crime story. First installment: The People v. O.J. Simpson, based on the book by Jeffrey Toobin. Murphy joins Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson (The Hunger Games) and Brad Falchuk, who co-created Horror Story with Murphy, as exec producers. Alexander & Karaszewski and Dante Di Loreto also serve as an exec producers, with Murphy set to direct.FX Productions and Fox 21 will produce. “Nothing is more exciting than starting a juicy, new franchise [with Murphy],” said Fox Television Group chairmen and CEOs Dana Walden and Gary Newman.

20th Century Fox Television scrapped plans for a TV series based on the 1989 Cameron Crowe film Say Anything after Crowe took to Twitter to trash the idea. “I have no involvement…except trying to stop it,” posted Crowe. NBC had issued a script commitment plus penalty for the project the day before.

After a three-year hiatus, The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret returns to IFC for a third season in 2015, with six half-hour eps that pick up after Todd detonated a nuclear bomb that decimated the planet. “As thrilled as I am to not have to answer the question, ‘Hey man, will there be a third series of Todd Margaret or what?’ anymore,” said series creator and star David Cross (Arrested Development), “the true thrill comes in figuring out how to extend a serialized episodic in which the world blows up at the end of series two.”

A video shot by a Ferguson, MO resident aired on CNN’s New Day Monday, purportedly showing the aftermath of the Michael Brown shooting. The unarmed black teenager, shot and killed by a police officer August 9, is seen lying dead in the street. The woman taking the video, Piaget Crenshaw, told CNN, “The fact that he got shot in the face, it was something that clicked in me like, no somebody else needs to see this, this isn’t right.” Crenshaw said she waited to release the video out of concern for her safety.
