Paramount is requiring employees to return to the office five days a week, starting next year. A phased-in plan will launch in January. “We have a lot to accomplish and we’re moving fast. We need to all be rowing in the same direction,” wrote CEO and Chairman David Ellison in a memo to staff. “Especially when you’re dealing with a creative business like ours, that begins with being together in person.” Those who do not wish to comply may seek a buyout starting September 15. Discovery, Midjourney brazenly dispenses Warner Bros.
