“Constables on Patrol” premieres Tuesday, March 11 at 9p on the Discovery Channel. The series depicts constables – elected law enforcement officers responsible for protecting legal processes and enforcing laws within their jurisdiction – patrolling the streets of Pennsylvania and deploying undercover schemes to lure people suspected of committing crimes out of hiding and serve them warrants.
