Paramount+ has leveraged Generative AI to create new curations of collections that feature kids-first content for families. In a series of research studies, kids and parents and identified the most resonant themes (think Space Exploration, Goofy Stuff, Daring Stunts, Treasure Hunting, Secret Worlds and Exploring Nature). Generative AI was used to create new curations around those themes, and now the collections are available across platforms on the “Older Kids” profiles, intended for audiences ages 6-13.

Feeform has closed an agreement with Spyglass Media Group to bring “Project Runway” back for a new 10-episode run in 2025. Together with producers Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz from Alfred Street Industries, the network will refresh the reality fashion competition series that launched on Bravo back in 2004. “It is exciting and inspiring to have the opportunity to guide the evolution of ‘Project Runway’ for a new generation,” said Cutforth.

ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” will present two games on October 21 across five platforms, including for the first time, a “Monday Night Football” game exclusively on ESPN+. At “MNF’s” traditional time of 8:15p, ESPN, ABC and ESPN Deportes will feature the Baltimore Ravens at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Then, with a kickoff at 9p, ESPN+ will exclusively stream the Los Angeles Chargers at the Arizona Cardinals. The FCC announced a proposed fine of $146,976 for six apparent violations of the Emergency Alert System rules by EPSN. The sports net allegedly transmitted, or caused the transmission of, EAS codes during a promotional segment for the start of the 2023-2024 NBA season in the absence of an actual emergency. “These types of violations can raise substantial public safety concerns by causing confusion and in some cases interfering with legitimate emergency uses,” said FCC Enforcement Bureau chief Loyaan A. Egal. “Today’s proposed fine reflects the FCC’s commitment to keep the lines clear when it comes to the proper use of tools broadcasters are entrusted with to assist the public during an emergency.”
