CBS medical mystery series “Watson” kicks off after the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, January 26 at 10p(ish). The show takes its regular Sunday-at-10p slot on February 16. “Watson” takes place six months after the death of Sherlock Holmes at the hands of Moriarty, and stars Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson.

The Federal Trade Commission announced a final “click to cancel” rulethat will require sellers to make it as easy for consumers to cancel their enrollment – or subscription to a streaming or cable service – as it was to sign up. “Too often, businesses make people jump through endless hoops just to cancel a subscription,” said Commission Chair Lina M. Khan. “The FTC’s rule will end these tricks and traps, saving Americans time and money. Nobody should be stuck paying for a service they no longer want.” Most of the final rule’s provisions will go into effect 180 days after it is published in the Federal Register.

In more hoops news, TNT Sports and professional women’s 3-on-3 basketball league Unrivaled reached a multi-year media rights partnership to exclusively present live game coverage on TNT and truTV and stream on Max beginning with the league’s inaugural season, beginning January 17, 2025. The agreement will feature more than 45 primetime regular season matchups three nights a week across TNT Sports platforms, with twice-weekly games on TNT as the lead network on Mondays and Fridays and additional broadcasts on truTV on Saturdays.
