Billionaire investor Ike Perlmutter has sold his entire stake – 25.6 million shares – in Disney, according to the WSJ. The sale comes after Perlmutter was on the losing side of a bitter proxy fight. Perlmutter became a major shareholder in Disney in 2009, when he sold Marvel Entertainment to Disney for over $4 billion. Perlmutter says he sold his shares between early April, when a campaign by activist investor Nelson Peltz to win two seats was defeated, and mid-July.

CBS is making some moves. Starting this week, the Wednesday and Thursday episodes of “Big Brother” will move from 9p to 8p. Sunday’s edition will remain at 9p. “Let’s Make a Deal in Primetime” specials” will air at 8p on Fridays starting August 16, followed at 9p by “Lingo.”
