Hallmark Media is going the experiential route to engage advertisers this Upfront season. From April 2-11, a series of curated immersive events will take place at locations throughout the New York City area, including a private tour and cocktail party at `an iconic NYC venue, hosting and entertaining classes, dinner at a Michelin-rated restaurant, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with creative teams, and gain early access to previews of upcoming content.

Peacock gave straight-to-series orders for four projects from Universal Studio Group. “Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy” is based on the exploits of the serial killer, and the investigation that ultimately brought him down; “All Her Fault” is adapted from the best-selling novel; espionage thriller Unt. James Wan & Simu Liu Project stars Simu Liu; and mockumentary “Mr. Throwback” features NBA legend Stephen Curry and Adam Pally.

Apple TV+ gave a series order for conspiracy thriller “Prime Target,”starring Leo Woodall (“The White Lotus “) and Quintessa Swindell (“In Treatment”). Creator Steve Thompson (“Sherlock”) also serves as executive producer for the drama, produced for Apple TV+ by New Regency with Ridley Scott’s Scott Free. Brady Hood (“Top Boy”) directed all eight episodes and also serves as executive producer.
