Netflix and producer Delirium TV are being sued by a season five “Love Is Blind” participant. After her season ended, Renee Poche made public remarks about her “traumatic” experience on the reality show, and in response Delirium initiated private arbitration against her for purportedly violating her nondisclosure agreement. Poche is suing to nullify her non-disclosure contract, claiming intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of California labor and civic codes.

T-Mobile is adding Hulu to an “on us” bundle that includes ad-supported Netflix, Apple TV+ and MLB.TV. Subscribers to T-Mobile’s premium Go5G will be offered the bundle starting January 24.

Jimmy Failla has been named permanent host of “FOX News Saturday Night” effective January 13. “As a former New York City cab driver, Jimmy is a classic American success story and a perfect fit for this role,” said Mead Cooper, FOX News EVP of primetime programming. “We look forward to watching him make America laugh on Saturday nights.” Failla is also the author of FOX News Books newest title Cancel Culture Dictionary, which is out January 30.

Morris Chestnut is set to star as the title role in “Watson.” From writer Craig Sweeny, Kapital Entertainment and CBS Studios, the project has a straight-to-series order from CBS. Chestnut will also executive produce the medical drama inspired by the Sherlock Holmes mysteries.

Today, Google starts testing on a “Tracking Protection” option that enables Chrome users to restrict the data they share when visiting a website.
