Access Hollywood is extending its brand by adding new half-hour series All Access to its roster, beginning Monday, September 9. The show will look to national headlines to uncover both true crime and uplifting human interest stories. Hosted by Mario Lopez, KitHoover, Scott Evans and correspondent Sibley Scoles, All Access is set to air on six NBC-owned stations: New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco Bay Area, Miami and Hartford, at 7:30p. Access Hollywood will move to 7p in these markets.

Sony Pictures Television released a preview video of The Mel Robbins Show, bowing nationwide Monday, September 16. In it, host Robbins proclaims the upcoming daytime talker “is not just a show, it’s an experience.” The one-hour will feature audience testimonials as well as the host’s advice for viewers to get the lives they want.

Smithsonian Channel renewed Mystic Brain for a 10-episode second season. Hosted by Clive Anderson (Whose Line Is It Anyway, Loose Ends) and Mary-Ann Ochota (Hidden History), the TV road trip recommences its tour through Britain’s landscapes to investigate strange and sacred beliefs from the country’s past through the eyes of scientists, archaeologists and historians.

USA Network is moving forward with Philly Reign, a 1980s drama from Entertainment One and UCP and executive produced by Mary J. Blige. Blige won’t star in the series, which had been developed for her, since she was just tapped to headline a Power spinoff series from Starz. However, she may have a recurring role. Philly Reign is inspired by the life of Thelma Wright and explores the crimes one woman committed in the name of love.

Eminem’s publishing company Eight Mile Style filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Spotify. It claims the streamer has no license to host some 250 of Eminem’s songs and also takes aim at the Music Modernization Act, the federal law to improve royalty payments for songwriters. The suit was filed in Nashville on Wednesday.

YouTube will be ending targeted ads on videos primarily watched by children, according to reports. The decision comes following a case by the US Federal Trade Commission that fined YouTube owner Google for violating child privacy laws. According to the Washington Post, the FTC said Google collected data from children who used its services, which is a breach of US privacy laws.
