Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games) has been tapped to host ABC’s latest celeb-hosted game show revival, Press Your Luck. Series debuts Wednesday, June 12 at 8p, followed by Card Sharks, manned by Joel McHale (Community), at 9p. “Elizabeth Banks is exactly the type of woman we want on ABC – she’s a big star who’s smart, strong and funny,” said ABC Entertainment president Karey Burke. “She has everything we need as the host of Press Your Luck, one of our signature summer  game shows. If anyone can ride herd on the Whammy, it’s Elizabeth!”

Julian FellowesThe Gilded Age, ordered by NBC in January 2018, has moved to HBO. “Given the opulent scope and scale of this richly textured character drama, HBO is the perfect home  for The Gilded Age,” said Casey Bloys, President, HBO Programming. The epic drama was first put in development in 2012, but Fellowes got sidetracked by Downton Abbey.
