Netflix has another comic book franchise from Mark Millar. Prodigy will follow the adventures of the word’s smartest man, a wildly successful businessperson also addicted to the mysteries of the world. “Edison Crane is by far the best character I’ve created in my career,” said Millar, president and chief creative officer of Millarworld, a subsidiary of Netflix. Netflix has ordered two series based on Millar’s stories: Jupiter’s Legacy and American Jesus.

IFC offered details on Documentary Now!’s musical-inspired episode, “Original Cast Album: Co-Op,” inspired by the 1970 doc following the overnight recording of Company.
