New NBC drama series Chicago Justice has found its showrunner: Michael S. Chernuchin. The move brings Chernuchin back into the Dick Wolf fold, after stints as a producer-writer on Law & Order, which he ran from 2002 to 2004. He was also an EP on Criminal Intent.

The Dr. Oz Show has been renewed through the 2018-19 television season. The syndicated series is now set to air through its 10th season. The renewal comes via a deal between distributor Sony Pictures Television and Fox Stations Group, which carries the show in the largest U.S. markets.

Comedy Central has named its next celebrity roast victim: Rob Lowe. “Rob Lowe is handsome, talented, successful and handsome,” said network president Ken Alterman. “He needs to be roasted.” Added Lowe, “What a thrill to once again be following in Justin Bieber’s footsteps. FOX is aiming to raise the cost of Super Bowl advertising to a new high. According to a report by Variety, FOX Sports is seeking more than $5 million for a 30-second commercial in its 2017 broadcast of the nation’s most-watched annual TV event. In 2014, NBC bid to sell Super Bowls commercial spots for $4.5 million each, a 12.5 percent increase from what FOX sought the year before. The net worked until a few days before the telecast to sell out is inventory.

Sony Movie Channel pays tribute to boxing legend Muhammad Ali with presentations of his 1977 biopic The Greatest, based on Ali’s autobiography and starring Ali as himself, on Sunday, June 12 at 7p and 8:45p, Sunday June 19 at 12:20p and Saturday, June 25 at 1:25. Ali passed away June 3 at age 74.

Between the procession and the service, scheduled for 2p, Bounce will air The Greatest.
