It’s official. The DC Circuit upheld the FCC’s Open Internet rules. FCC chairman Tom Wheeler said, “Today’s ruling is a victory for consumers and innovators who deserve unfettered access to the entire web, and it ensures the Internet remains a platform for unparalleled innovation, free expression and economic growth. The Walt Disney Co. announced a donation of $1 million to the OneOrlando Fund, established to aid survivors of the attack Saturday night on patrons of an LGBTQ dance club that left 50 people dead and 53 wounded. Netflix has picked up half-hour animated comedy series Big Mouth. From real-life best friends Nick Kroll (Kroll Show) and Andrew Goldberg (Family Guy), it explores the adventures of two teenagers going through puberty.
