President Barack Obama will make his first ever appearance on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, June 9 at 11:35p. It’s not Fallon’s first appearance with the Commander in Chief, however – Fallon previously interviewed and slow jammed the news with President Obama in April 2012 during a special “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” broadcast from the campus of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Pierce Brosnan is set to headline upcoming AMC drama The Son. The series is a multi-generational epic tale of America’s birth as a superpower through the bloody rise and fall of one Texas family. Brosnan will play Eli, the head of the McCullough family. The role was originally awarded to Sam Neill, who opted to vacate the project for personal reasons. Production begins in Austin later this month and is slated to debut in 2017.

The event takes place through Friday, June 17 and aims to discover actors who may not have had the opportunity to be seen yet by a team of professional casting executives.
