BET didn’t take kindly to Stacey Dash’s comment on Fox & Friends last week that, “If we don’t want segregation, then we need to get rid of channels like BET and the BET Awards…where you’re only awarded if you’re black.” Responded BET Networks chairman and CEO Debra L. OWN ordered eight more episodes of docu-series Livin’ Lozada, following reality star Evelyn Lozada (Basketball Wives), and ordered season two of Flex & Shanice, centered on actor Flex Alexander (One on One) and singer Shanice. The premiere season of Lozada was the highest-rated freshman season ever for an OWN docu-series among W25-54, while the second cycle of Flex was up 22 percent in W25-54 versus its first cycle.
