Former cast member Tracy Morgan, recovering from a car accident that left him critically injured last year, is among those slated to help to ring in the 41st season of NBC’s Saturday Night Live. The new season kicks off October 3 with Miley Cyrus returning as host for a third time. Amy Schumer steps up to the plate October 10 for her hosting debut, and Morgan is back in Studio 8H on October 17 for his second time as host.

Fresh Dressed, director Sacha Jenkins’ chronicle of hip hop and urban fashion, and their influence on pop culture, will premiere as a CNN Films broadcast with limited commercial interruptions on Thursday, September 3, at 9p on CNN. Produced by Peter Bittenbender, Nasir Jones, and Marcus Clarke for Mass Appeal, Fresh Dressed features interviews with Dapper Dan, Pharrell Williams, April Walker, Jeff Tweedy, Russell Simmons and Sean “Puffy” Combs, among others. Starz is enlisting multiplatform sampling to help stir interest in its upcoming comedy block. The first two eps of Blunt Talk and the entire six-ep first season of Survivor’s Remorse were made available beginning August 15 and will continue through August 25 via select U.S. cable, satellite and telco affiliates, Starz.com, Starz On Demand and the Starz Play app, among other outlets. In addition, Survivor’s Remorse exec producer LeBron James and Blunt Talk star Patrick Stewart are sampling their respective series premieres on Facebook for a limited time prior to the linear season premieres on Saturday, August 22, at 9p.
