ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat dipped one tenth versus last week, to 1.8/6 among A18-49 at 8p Tuesday, against a premiere night for NBC powerhouse The Voice (3.9/12), according to Nielsen. At 10p following the singing competition, the series finale of Parks and Recreation scored 1.6/5, up 45 percent versus last week; its 4.2 million total viewers was a three year high.

With PUT levels hitting a seven-week low the week of February 9, syndicated Dr. Phil Show was down five percent versus the week prior, but up 13 percent versus last year, to 3.5. Second place talker Live with Kelly & Michael took a 3 percent week-to-week dip to 3.2. Wendy Williams, steady at a series high 1.9, was up 19 percent from last year.

HGTV had its best month ever performance in February, with a .58 primetime rating among P25-54, up 18 percent versus February 2014. Weekends in February grew 6 percent to deliver a .55 rating among P25-54 on Saturday and Sunday from 7a-8p. Among cable networks in primetime for the month, the net ranked number two among W25-54 and number one among upscale W25-54; on weekends the net was number one among all cable networks for P25-54 and W25-54 ratings.

Monday’s finale of Kids Baking Championship on Food Network ranked number three in cable in its timeslot with a .7 A25-54 (720,000 impressions), making it the net’s highest-rated ever Monday 8p hour. By midway through its run,the series was the number one co-viewing program in its time period within top 20 cable networks, with nearly 30 percent of the A25-54 audience sharing the experience with their children.
