Comedy Central is set to tape a roast of pop star/underwear model Justin Bieber. Where to start: peeing in a restaurant mop bucket? Egging his neighbor’s house? Abandoning a pet monkey in Germany? “Justin has been asking us for a few years to roast him, and we just kept telling him to go create more source material first,” said Kent Alterman, president, content development & original programming. “We’re thrilled he listened.” James Franco was the last to take the heat, in 2013.

NBC’s promoting TV Everywhere by offering its Super Bowl coverage – halftime included! – as well as hit show The Blacklist everywhere, for free. The net is offering 11 hours of access starting at noon on February 1, no log in necessary. “We are leveraging the massive digital reach of the Super Bowl to help raise overall awareness of TV Everywhere by allowing consumers to explore our vast TVE offering with this special one-day-only access,”said Alison Moore, GM and EVP, TV Everywhere for NBCUniversal.

John Walsh, longtime host of America’s Most Wanted and currently host of CNN’s The Hunt, was named spokesman and on-air talent for free-to-air multicast channel Justice Network, launched Tuesday. Walsh hosts hourly PSAs using information from law enforcement agencies about high-risk criminals and missing children. “His personal crusade for justice touched so many Americans and will be a driving force behind our network brand, public service announcements, and programming influences,” said Justice Network CEO Steve Schiffman.

CBS’s NCIS: Los Angeles delivered 9.5 million total viewers and a 1.5 rating among A18-49 on Monday, according to Nielsen fast nationals, down 25 percent in the demo to match a series low. The net’s 2 Broke Girls (2.2) and Scorpion (2.2) both slid two tenths, while Mike & Molly (2.1) held steady.
