Late Show with David Letterman rings in the holidays one final time, when musician Darlene Love and actor Jay Thomas return for the annual holiday broadcast on Friday, December 19 at 11:35p on CBS. Love will perform her classic Christmas (Baby Please Come Home), marking the 21st time in 28 years she’s sung the song on the show. Thomas will participate in the show’s final holiday quarterback challenge, where he and Letterman take turns throwing footballs at the Late Show Christmas tree to try and knock off the giant meatball perched at the top.

Netflix has acquired the rights to comedian Iliza Shlesinger‘s Freezing Hot. The one-hour stand-up special explores the universal struggles between men and women. It follows Shlesinger’s 2013 special, War Paint. Freezing Hot premieres on the streaming service on Friday, January 23.

George Lopez is going to the dogs. The CW has announced that actor and comic will host the inaugural The World Dog Awards, premiering Thursday, January 15 at 8p. Filmed at the aptly- named Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on January 10, the special combines the glamour of a Hollywood awards show with the appreciation for man’s best friend.

AMC released the key art for upcoming series Better Call Saul as well as the show’s new promo. From Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan and writer Peter Gould, the drama centers on the evolution of the popular Breaking Bad character Saul Goodman, portrayed by Bob Odenkirk, before he became Walter White’s lawyer. The series debuts with a two-night premiere event. The pilot airs Sunday, February 8 at 10 p, followed by episode two on Monday, February 9 at 10p. Check out the new promo here.
