Police drama Rizzoli & Isles will make it to season six on TNT, with a largest-yet order of 18 episodes. This summer, the show was the number one basic cable drama in total viewers with 7.6 million average viewers in Live+7. Seems like a no-brainer, but the renewal was reportedly delayed by the exit of TNT and TBS programming president Michael Wright, who had been negotiating with Warner Horizon Television for a two-season deal. Series returns in February to finish out season five.

Night Shyamalan event series Wayward Pines in 125 countries on Thursday, May 14 at 9p, the largest day-and-date launch ever for a scripted series. The 10-episode psychological thriller from FX Productions stars Matt Dillon as a Secret Service agent.
