A contestant on VH1’s Dating Naked whose very private parts were inadvertently shown for a split second has no right to the $10 million she’s suing for, said Viacom in a motion for dismissal. Calling Jess Nizewitz a “former model and sometime actress who wanted a shot at fame,” Viacom says Nizewitz signed “not one but three” agreements expressly agreeing to be filmed fully nude, with producers having sole discretion on how the footage was edited. What’s more, stated Viacom, Nizewitz waived her right to sue and is now liable for attorneys fee.

Former American Idol contestant Joanne Borgella died October 18 at age 32 after a battle with endometrial cancer that she had taken public. Borgella, who appeared on season seven of Idol, won season one of Oxygen’s Mo’Nique’s Fat Chance, and appeared on MTV’s Made as well as NUVOtv’s Curvy Girls. “Joanne made a choice to…be a fighter and share her journey with the world,” said her family on Facebook. “Her faith, courage and strength were unshaken through every obstacle she encountered.”
