Jane Pauley‘s getting up early this month. The former Today host fills in for vacationing Charles Osgood on CBS News Sunday Morning starting August 10, then spends a week in Gayle King‘s CBS This Morning seat starting Monday, August 11. WWE is cutting 7 percent of its workforce, or 50-60 jobs. The move comes after a net loss of $14.5 million in the second quarter attributed to the February launch of the company’s online-subscription service. Today‘s getting on the live musical bandwagon with an 18-minute show penned by Kathie Lee Gifford, the co-host announced on the morning show Friday. Called “Not Today and Tomorrow’s Not Looking Good Either,” the production will feature the Today anchors and crew, as well as special guest, former Regis and Kathie Lee host Regin Philbin. Expected airdate is sometime before the net’s Peter Pan event in December.
