E! announced the launch of E! Now, making available live streaming of the net’s shows (including Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Chelsea Lately and Fashion Police) and red carpet events, as well as signature programming on VOD. Content can be accessed via E! Now on desktop and the new E! Now app, for iOS. An Android version of the  E! Now app is scheduled for release in mid June.

E! signed Mara Menounos to a multi-year agreement that includes a producing role. Two and Half Men alum Charlie Sheen will be in the broadcast booth for Baseball Tonight on Sunday, May 25, live from the Cincinnati Reds-St. Louis Cardinals match-up.
