The Voice coach CeeLo Green announced on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he will not be returning to the NBC singing competition. “I’m not coming back at all,” said Green. “I just don’t want to wear out my welcome there.” While Green was not scheduled to be a coach for this season, he has appeared on four past seasons. Usher and Shakira, who replaced Green and Christina Aguilera for season four but not season five, return with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton for season six premiering Monday, February 4 at 8p.

ITV continues its acquisitions spree with the announcement Wednesday that it has acquired a majority stake in independent producer DiGa Vision (Teen Wolf), launched in 2011 by former MTV execs Tony DiSanto and Liz Gateley. “They have developed a brilliant understanding of pop culture and really know what appeals to the key teenage and young adult demographic – which is supported by their online, mobile and social media strategy,” said Paul Buccieri, managing director, ITV Studios International and president and CEO, ITV Studios US Group.
