With a 4.1 household rating, the 20th Century Fox Television sitcom was number two in households for the same period, after The Big Bang Theory‘s 2011 launch.

NBC acquired U.S. rights to Welcome to Sweden, exec produced by Amy Poehler and her brother, Greg Poehler. Greg will star in the fish-out-of-water comedy from Entertainment One based on his own experience moving to Sweden, with cameos from sister Amy, Will Ferrell and Gene Simmons. The show was originally commissioned by Sweden’s TV4 and was the net’s first English-speaking series.

Kelly Ripa isn’t all talk. ABC has put into development a sitcom from the Live! With Kelly and Michael host and her former All My Children co-star and husband, Mark Consuelos, about a single mom and her precocious teen. General Hospital: Night Shift scribe Sri Rao will write, and exec produce with the couple for ABC Studios, reports Deadline.

MTV2 is bringing back Tuesday night’s Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out and new series Ain’t That America with Lil Duval. Resurrected Wild, which first aired on MTV, is the highest rated show in the young male-skewing net’s history, averaging 1.1 million total viewers and 1.3 P12-34. Lil Duval came in second, with a .8 P12-34 rating.

Rohrs Media Group is renewing Bridezillas for season two in syndication, on the heels of a successful launch last month. “Stations have watched the show grow in viewership week 1 to week 2 to week 3,” said company president John Rohrs of the reality series, wrapping up its tenth season on WE tv.
