A pair of freshman series scored high grades from Nielsen Monday night. The second outing of NBC‘s The Blacklist drew a 3.3/9 rating in A18-49, making it the evening’s top scripted show. The third ep of Fox‘s Sleepy Hollow averaged a solid 3.0/8 in A18-49, down only 3 percent from last week. CBS‘s Hostages didn’t fare as well on its second appearance, with a 1.5/4 rating in the demo – but it did get a 50 percent gain in A18-49 in Live+3 from its premiere.
