The Million Second Quiz, a live competition series to take place for 12 consecutive days and nights, will air in primetime and on NBCUniversal’s digital platforms, it was announced at the NBU Digital.Amplified event in New York last night. Contestants will test their endurance and battle it out in trivia challenges from a gigantic hourglass-shaped structure in New York City, which also serves as the living quarters for the four players in the game. Other contestants will try to unseat the reigning champs during primetime, as viewers will be able to play along at home in real time and win a chance to appear on the show. The winner will claim a prize up to $10 million. The series is produced by All3 Media America, Studio Lambert and Universal Television.
