NBC has picked up U.S. broadcasting rights to Crossing Lines, a crime drama from Criminal Minds producers Bernero Productions and Tandem Communications. The series,which stars William Fichtner, Donald Sutherland and Marc Lavoine, focuses on a special unit of investigators working with the International Criminal Court to hunt down global criminals and bring them to justice. The show will join NBC’s summer schedule.

Jane Espenson, consulting producer of Once Upon a Time, and Zack Estrin, executive producer of Zero Hour, have inked multiple-year overall deals with ABC Studios. The duo will work on the Once Upon a Time spinoff. Espensen will be consulting producer, while Estrin will serve as executive producer.

The Talk commemorates the 40th anniversary of CBS‘ The Young and the Restless with a special episode airing Monday, March 25 at 2p. The show will feature cast members Peter Bergman (Jack), Joshua Morrow (Nicholas), Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) and Kristoff St. John (Neil) discussing memorable on camera and behind-the-scenes moments. After the live show, the actors will participate in a web exclusive 20 minute Q&A with the studio audience at www.thetalk.com and other CBS sites.

CBS has renewed CSI for the 2013-14 season and extended star Ted Danson‘s contract. Elisabeth Shue and original cast members George Eads, Jorja Fox, Eric Szmanda, Paul Guilfoyle and Robert David Hall, as well as Wallace Langham, Elisabeth Harnois, David Berman and Jon Wellner will also return. CSI is in its 13th season.

Stand-up comedian and actor Cedric “The Entertainer” has been named the new host of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. He will join the long-running game show this fall, when it begins its 12th season in national syndication. Cedric replaces Meredith Vieira, who launched the weekday version of the game show in 2002 and remained host for 11 seasons.
