Another sign NBC’s comedy Up All Night might be a goner: star Will Arnett has agreed to star in Greg Garcia’s untitled half-hour pilot at CBS.  Garcia is writing and serving as EP and veteran director James Burrows is on board to manage the multi-camera effort.  Arnett is the first person to be cast with CBS Television Studios producing. This CBS project is in second position to Up All Night for Arnett.  Apparently NBC execs are considering nixing plans to keep the struggling series alive, following star Christina Applegate’s recent departure.
