Timed to air in tandem with the season finale of PBS’ Downton Abbey this weekend, Plum TV presents a new reality series, Weekend Aristocrats, that follows cash-strapped British owners of stately homes who must open their doors to American tourists as overnight guests in order to pay their bills. The six-part series debuts episodes 1 and 2 this Sunday on Plum TV at 8p and 9p. Produced by Landmark Films for Sky Atlantic and distributed by Passion, the show will also be available on Hulu and Hulu Plus as of February 18.

truTV ordered a 15th season of truTV Presents: World’s Dumbest… and the new eight-episode season is set to launch Thursday, February 28 at 10p. Expect appearances by veteran commentators Danny Bonaduce, Todd Bridges and Leif Garrett as well as comics Chelsea Peretti, Jared Logan, Rachel Feinstein, Chris Fairbanks and Brendon Walsh. In its 14th season, World’s Dumbest… averaged 1.1 million viewers, up +7% in the prior season. The series is produced by Meetinghouse Productions.

Ryan Seacrest won’t stop working: now he’s producing a new six-episode unscripted dancing series tentatively titled Montecito for A&E Network, reports THR. The one-hour docu-series takes place in the tony California enclave, home to wealthy women and their ballroom dance instructors. Ryan Seacrest Productions is producing with RSP’s CEO Adam Sher and Seacrest serving as EPs along with Generate’s Jordan Levin, Robert B. Levin and Hilda Keenan Wynn.

Tuesday’s State of the Union Address drew 18.7 million total viewers across ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX. Compared to President Obama’s 2012 SOTU, the 2013 address was down on average by 27%. On the cable news side, FOX News pulled in 3.683 million total viewers just ahead of CNN’s 3.635 million viewers and MSNBC was third with 3.034 million total viewers.
