Bobby Flay Fit is a seven-episode digital series based on Flay’s philosophy that it takes only one week to develop healthier habits of eating in moderation and exercise which launches January 14 via FoodNetwork.com. New five-episode series Bobby’s Dinner Battle premieres January 16 at 10p on Food Network where Flay chooses three teams of excellent home cooks from each city: Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Northern New Jersey and New York City.
