This news is not official from NBC nor has a replacement for Curry on Today been named though reportedly Savannah Guthrie, who presently is Today’s news anchor and co-host of the 9a third hour of Today is being considered.

The high court also did not offer more clarity if such cases violate the First Amendment’s free-speech protections. This decision leaves the FCC’s indecency enforcement policy in limbo where they are currently dealing with more than a million indecency complaints that have been filed since the litigation started.
