The Style Network has created Style Media, a global, multimedia content company designed to reach all areas of consumers’ lives from how they view and consume content. The new areas Style Media will reach include digital and mobile (including myStyle.com and via twitter at @myStyleQuickTips), licensing and merchandising, brand experiences (including the Style Beauty Bus Tour kicking off this September as well as local pop-ups, local retail partnerships, events and social interactions) and domestic and international television networks.

For the first time in 16+ years (since the week of 12/4/95), ABC‘s Good Morning America (GMA) tops the morning shows in weekly Total Viewership for the week of April 9, 2012. The Fast National Preliminary Nielsen ratings show GMA (5.147) edging out NBC‘s Today (5.134) show in weekly Total Viewers. GMA was up versus the same week last year by +7% in Total Viewers, with Today down -9% for the same week.

Tr3s MTV, Musica y Mas, a US bilingual channel, premieres its new parenting series Quiero My Baby. From the producers of Tr3s’ series Quiero Mis Quinces and Quiero Mi Boda, the Quiero My Baby focuses on the challenges of bicultural parents raising their kids, as they and their families clash on topics including language, religion, cultural traditions, superstitions, day care and so many more. New episodes of Quiero Mi Baby premiere every Monday at 9p. The new series is sponsored by Target with featured products integrated throughout the show and on www.tr3s.com. Quiero My Baby also features a bilingual theme song, De Nuevo, performed by new Latin singer Eli Jas.

ABC’s The Bachelor Pad is opening up auditions to join the previous bachelors and bachelorettes for its upcoming season, schedule to launch on July 23rd at 8p. If interested in participating, fill out your application online (ABC.com/bachelorpad.com), add a photo and a 2-minute video as to why you like the show and why you should be on it. If the producers pick your video, it will be posted on the website where fans can vote for their favorites. Deadline for submissions is April 29 at midnight.
