Giving viewers an early holiday gift, NBC announced as of yesterday it is offering all previously aired episodes of its new fall shows for free via NBC.com. This includes previously aired eps of Up All Night, Whitney and Grimm. NBC will also make available full season episodes of returning series Parenthood, The Biggest Loser and The Sing-Off as well as the first season of The Voice prior to its new season premiere on February 5 following the Super Bowl.

Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg’s series Punk’d is making a comeback on MTV with a new season in 2012. Before the premiere date, viewers will get an exclusive first look at footage of the new season at the network’s annual New Year’s Eve party airing live on December 31 at 11p from MTV’s Times Square studio. NYE in NYC 2012 will be hosted by Demi Lovato and Tyler Posey of MTV’s series Teen Wolf and will feature musical numbers by Lovato as well as Selena Gomez, J Cole, Jason Derulo and Mac Miller. Kutcher and Goldberg’s company Katalyst is behind Punk’d and they both serve as executive producers.

Docu-drama series Paranormal Witness received a second season renewal from Syfy. Production on the twelve new episodes has already begun and the new sophomore season is slated to premiere in August 2012. Paranormal Witness is produced by Raw TV.

Original series The Real Housewives of Orange County, the version that launched the franchise for Bravo, returns for a seventh season beginning February 7 at 9p. The seventh season is produced by Evolution Media for Bravo.

Sunday’s season one finale of Homeland on Showtime attracted 1.71 million viewers at 10p and 2.03 million total viewers for the night. The frosh season finale now ranks as the highest-rated concluding episode for a freshman series in Showtime’s history. Homeland also delivered its best ratings to date with the season finale, up +58% over the series premiere which tallied 1.08 million viewers. Homeland is now the network’s #2 rated series behind only Dexter. Also on Sunday, the sixth season finale of Dexter at 9p brought in 2.23 million viewers and 2.71 million for the night. Dexter’s season finale also holds the distinction of being the most-watched telecast on Showtime in 2011.

Original series Tamar & Vince was approved by WE tv as part of the network’s 2012 programming slate. The series is a spinoff of WE tv’s series Braxton Family Values and features Tamar Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert as they juggle their busy careers in the music industry and their personal life. WE tv ordered eight one-hour episodes tentatively set to debut in fourth quarter 2012. Production on Tamar & Vince begins in March with Magical Elves producing for WE tv.

TV Guide Network is taking the success of two specials and turning them into weekly series. Hollywood Moms Night will debut in March while Wilson Phillips: Still Holding On will premiere a month later in April. The five-episode Hollywood Moms Night features best friends Alison Sweeney (Days of Our Lives, The Biggest Loser and more) and Ali Landry (former Miss USA, model/actress) as they host private potluck dinners for other famous moms. The series is produced by Ellen Rakieten Entertainment and RelativityREAL. Ellen Rakieten, Tom Forman and Brad Bishop are on board as executive producers; Alison Sweeney and Ali Landry also serve as executive producers. Original reality series Wilson Phillips: Still Holding On has eight episodes and follows sisters, Carnie Wilson and Wendy Wilson and best friend Chynna Phillips as they stage a musical comeback after having a big hit 20 years ago. This series is from RelativityREAL with Tom Forman, Jay Blumenfield, Tony Marsh and Brad Bishop serving as executive producers. David Simone and Winston Simone of DSW Entertainment also are listed as executive producers.
