Tying into a two-night Halloween-themed programming stunt, NBC has pushed back the series premiere of Grimm and the season debut of Chuck by a week to October 28. Chuck and Grimm were originally slated to premiere October 21. NBC will now air special Halloween-themed episodes of its Thursday comedies Community, Parks and Recreation, The Office and Whitney on October 27 followed on October 28 by the fifth and final season bow of Chuck and the series launch of Grimm.

Beginning tonight, luxury lifestyle and entertainment network, WealthTV bows the reality series Party Mamas at 8p. The series follows rich moms who plan outrageous and extravagant parties for their loved ones. Party Mamas will open tonight at 8p with two back-to-back episodes and will air Monday through Friday on WealthTV.

Classic sitcom The Dick Van Dyke Show is celebrating its golden 50th anniversary in 2011 and will be back on TV Land’s lineup beginning today, the same date the series first premiered on CBS in 1961. TV Land selected 36 of the show’s top episodes and is airing them starting today through this Friday from 6p to 9p in addition to airing a marathon of the episodes on October 8 and 9 from Noon-9p each day. Following this commemoration week, TV Land will air The Dick Van Dyke Show in its regular time slot at 7p on weekdays. Originally, The Dick Van Dyke Show ran on CBS for five seasons from 1961 to 1966 starring Dick Van Dyke, Mary Tyler Moore along with co-stars Rose Marie and Morey Amsterdam. Carl Reiner created the series and was head writer and producer.

New sitcom Up All Night on NBC has added Jason Lee (My Name Is Earl) to its cast playing Ava’s (Maya Rudolph) new boyfriend Kevin, described as a nice, single dad. Lee’s first appearance will be in November. Lee also plays quirky police detective Dwight Hendricks on TNT’s Memphis Beat and is waiting to find out if the drama is renewed for a third season.
