In another renewal move, TNT is giving its drama Leverage starring Timothy Hutton a fifth season. TNT ordered 15 all-new episodes for the fifth season slated to premiere in summer 2012. Leverage presently airs on Sundays at 9p with the summer finale concluding on August 28. New episodes of Leverage will resume on TNT’s schedule in November and December to end the current fourth season. Leverage is produced by Electric Entertainment.

Coming-of-age scripted comedy, The Hard Times of RJ Berger was canceled by MTV after running for two seasons. Despite the second season premiere attracting more than three million viewers, the season’s May finale only drew in less than one million viewers.
