TV Guide Network has a new original series in development titled Hollywood Moms’ Club hosted by Alison Sweeney (The Biggest Loser) and Ali Landry (Eve). The show’s premise is based on the real-life mom’s club founded by Sweeney and Landry where they gather with other female celebrity friends for themed monthly dinner parties serving potluck foods in each other’s homes, intimate conversation and Hollywood gossip. Guest celebrity moms will appear in each episode and Denise Richards (Blue Mountain State) is tapped to guest star in the pilot episode. The pilot of Hollywood Moms’ Club will air this November. Ellen Rakieten Entertainment and RelativityREAL are producing; Landry and Sweeney also will be executive producers.

Television distributor, Litton Entertainment along with Everyday Health, Inc. a provider of online health solutions, said the hosts for the upcoming new series, Everyday Health will be former professional boxer Laila Ali, former professional soccer player Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca who is a champion of CBS’ Survivor: The Amazon. Everyday Health is one of six original hi-def programs under the umbrella of Litton’s Weekend Adventure airing on Saturday mornings in most markets following Good Morning America. Everyday Health will air on more than 95% of the ABC affiliates and it debuts September 3. Mark Koops serves as executive producer.

Univision Network is launching national auditions for its new reality competition show Protagonistas (Novela Stars) premiering October 12. Produced by Univision Studios and Imagina US, the show invites young men and women from across the US to compete to become Univision’s next on-air Protagonista or novela star. The competition gives young actors the chance to make their onscreen network debut. Auditions began last Friday and continue through September 23 through online virtual castings via Univision.com and through local, in-person auditions in six US cities and in Puerto Rico as well as through Protacapsula stops where interested participants can impress the producers to earn a first in line spot for the auditions. The Protacapsula stops will be in Los Angeles this Thursday; in Phoenix this Saturday and Sunday; and in Miami on August 12. The cities hosting the auditions are: New York on August 19; Chicago on August 26; Houston on September 2; San Juan, Puerto Rico on September 9; Los Angeles on September 16; and Miami on September 23.
