Patricia Arquette, star of CBS’ Medium said this seventh season of the drama will be its last, reports EW. Recently CBS shrank Medium’s original episode order from 22 eps to 13 though the network has not confirmed it is canceling the series. Currently, Medium is averaging 7.1 million viewers for its Friday at 8p time period on CBS.

CASTING CALL
Oxygen Media and Casting Duo, in cooperation with Robert Ulrich, casting director for FOX’s Glee announced the casting will begin next month for The Glee Project. Open casting calls are scheduled in Chicago on December 18-19 and in Dallas on January 8-9. The selected performers will compete for a multi-episode guest-starring role on season three of FOX’s Glee and The Glee Project will premiere on Oxygen in June 2011. Young talented men and women with strong vocal, acting, dancing capabilities and big personalities are encouraged to apply. Musical theater experience is a plus though not required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and be able to convincingly portray a teenager. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US and be available to participate in the production of the show from January through April 2011 and also be willing to travel with the production.
