FOX continues the storyline of its action drama series Human Target when the second season premieres November 17 at 8p. The new season introduces new characters with Indira Varma playing the billionaire philanthropist, Ilsa Pucci and Janet Montgomery joins as Ames a beautiful thief who shares a past with Winston (Chi McBride). Human Target is based on the DC Comics comic book and a novel. Bonanza Productions Inc. produces the series in association with Wonderland Sound and Vision, DC Comics and Warner Bros. Television. Originally, FOX had set the premiere date for Human Target on October 1 at 8p and now repeat episodes of House will air in the Friday at 8p time slot.

TLC premieres a new season of What Not To Wear on October 29 at 9p. The series will open with the first 13 episodes airing through January 2011 and the remaining back 13 scheduled to air next spring. In the first episode, fashion experts Stacy London and Clinton Kelly attempt to makeover actress Mindy Cohn who is now 44 years old and best-known for her 1980s role as Natalie in the TV series The Facts of Life. What Not To Wear is produced by BBC Productions.

Comedian Greg Giraldo, who appeared on NBC’s Last Comic Standing competition series as a judge, died yesterday after an apparent accidental overdose on prescription pills. Mr. Giraldo was hospitalized since Saturday in New Jersey. Mr. Giraldo had also appeared on Comedy Central for its roast specials and on The Howard Stern Show.

CASTING CALL
The upcoming PBS documentary Out in America slated to air nationally on PBS stations in 2011, is seeking women to appear on-camera to speak about their personal experiences with coming out, falling in love, parenthood, homophobia and more. The documentary film will take a positive look at the diversity within the various LGBT communities across America. The production is specifically looking for lesbian or bisexual women of color with school-age children to address LGBT issues from the perspective of minority same-sex parents.
