A spinoff of ABC’s daytime talk show The View, sporting a more male point of view is in the works, reports Daily News. Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, creators of The View are developing the new talk show based in Los Angeles aiming for an afternoon time slot. Similar to The View, the new show would feature five co-hosts discussing a variety of topics. Reportedly, Walters and Geddie hope to tap former Today show host Bryant Gumbel, Filipino-American comedian Alec Mapa, former BET news anchor Jacque Reid and former FOX News host E.D. Hill.
