FOX and the producers of 24 have mutually agreed this current eighth season of the action series will be its last. 24 will conclude in a special two-hour episode on May 24 at 8p and the final 11 hours of the series will air on consecutive Mondays on FOX at 9p. 24 is a production of 20th Century Fox Television and Imagine Television in association with Teakwood Lane Productions.

Bunim-Murray Productions, behind the long-time MTV hit The Real World, was purchased by Paris-based Banijay Entertainment. Jonathan Murray will continue as chairman of Bunim-Murray along with president Gil Goldschein. Bunim-Murray will additionally remain based in Los Angeles and will not change its name.

CASTING CALL
Meredith Video Studios is looking for first-time moms who are either currently pregnant or have just given birth or adopted their first child in the past two months. The selected candidates must be willing to share and document their preparations for the baby and the first months of being a new mother. Chosen participants will receive a small hand-held camcorder to record and upload video footage which will be part of a special year-long webisode series and shown nationally on a lifestyle television show.
