HGTV’s series Carter Can starring Carter Oosterhouse would like gregarious homeowners who live within a 50-mile radius of South Bay contact the producers with challenging home improvement projects. Renovation projects could be updating an old-fashioned kitchen or enhancing a backyard to make it a “living” room. Selected homeowners will receive a two-day home improvement project from Carter and his five-person team. Carter will even throw in a modest budget for materials. Those homeowners who already have a budget allocated for their project and a story as to why the project needs to happen will be given more consideration.
